Founded in 1983 by Francis "Monty" McTavish, McTavish's Tree Service provides tree care services to both residential and commercial properties in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Areas. Our services include tree pruning, tree removal, fertilization and insect and disease control.

McTavish's Tree Service is a member of the National Arborist Association (NAA), the national trade organization for the commercial tree care industry.

Mr. Mctavish is also a member the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), a professional organization for arborists, and is an ISA Certified Arborist (MA-0729). He holds Maryland Tree Expert License #659 and Maryland Department of Agriculture License #24544 for pesticide application.

Mr. Mctavish, in addtion to sales and administration of our company, still climbs trees and keeps his hand in the day to day operations of his crews.

Additional production management is provided by Lenworth "Lenny" Lowe, a professional arborist with over 25 years of experience in the industry.
